Did my first set of tricep pressdowns in my life 3 weeks ago. 5 sets of 12. BOOM. Tennis elbow. Farkin' ghey! I must have the worst luck as every mofo does em at the commercial gym. Even the bloody retirees haha

You most likely have some muscle knotting manifesting itself as elbow pain

I hope that's all it is. I've had golfers elbow from doing mass pullups but I thought getting tennis elbow would take longer than that!

I'll try them again and start with much less volume I think.

It was on his 3rd attempt squat so there will be a video for sure
 
Patella snapped in half, I dont think he will come back from that.

He is off FB too, so he won't be in a good place right now.
