It's Italian tuna with lots of olive oil, it just happens that the oil sitting on top.
Quite tasty actually.
i'm curious...do you drain the oil or use it?
I have this amazing tuna for which the EVOO it's in is superb for using with pasta, dressings etc so I drain the tuna and use the oil for other stuff.
But I always drain it.
I hope that tuna is Callipo, yeah??
