Yeh I love my wife's too, but if it's causing her physical discomfort and pain, it's a bit selfish of me not to want to do anything to help her out. If I had my way she wouldn't touch them at all lol.
 
Yeah I get it
I'm 169cm and my frame suits me. My boobs really don't cause me any grief except when buying bras, running / skipping, sleeping on my tummy. I'd suggest saving and seeing a plastic surgeon privately ... It's something that she is going to want done as expertly as possible.
