Heres what I didnt see in the gym today - me. I haven't done a workout for ages now, i honestly can't be stuffed anymore. I just don't have much of a reason/desire to be there. Is there a cure for this?

And on the rare occasion I do man up and go, my lifts have all plummeted from inactivity which doesn't help any.

Just have a look in the mirror it usually gets me motivated again

I pulled it out today before I started cooking up 6kg chicken breast.... fml!

It sounds as if you need a reason to get back into things Wingman, join the transformation challenge, start a training journal (if you don't already have one), you need to let others hold you accountable mate. I and others will motivate your ass if you have a journal. Don't settle for mediocrity bud, get your shit together and take back control of yourself. Stop talking and start doing shit, like what Nike says....JUST DO IT!
Don't be a quitter mate, you owe yourself that much.

Very true, just get stuck into it mate. Journal is a good way to keep all your workouts logged and easily check how you have improved or not. Someone posted this a fair while ago
