Yet another routine thread

This is starting to turn into a " lets get Call an laid" thread, 11 pages and 1 week later and still no program, I never reqlised it was so had to lift heavy things and put them back down again in a organised manner....
 
Well it's difficult for anyone to attempt to use/advise on/run a "body building" program on these forums when everyone starts saying:

"what is a body builder"

"noone on here body builds" (one culprit in particular)

"i used to body build before my power lifting days" (this person says it in every thread and it's annoying as hell)

"my split is "chest / chest / chest / biceps / abs""

It's pretty frustrating.

wut? I posted two full programs
I have over a month to decide, why rush over a 12 week training block?
