yeah i think you are probably right - i was not eating enouch (particularly protein) and i kept eating less and less coz i wasnt losing! I'm eating better / more now - yesterday was a high carb cycle day. Today is lowwwww.

11am protein shake
12pm sweet potato, pumpkin & facon soyaroni bake
3pm banana
5pm protein shake
7pm salad, falafels, cheese
9pm protein shake

Your first meal is very late in the day?? Is there a reason for no breakfast?
 
i'm carb cycling, and doing intermittent fasting. i've actually found this really useful and better for my gut too. worth looking into imo.
 
Ohhhh fair enough makes sense now. I'm only new to all this so yeah.

If it works go with it, that's what I think anyway :)
 
Weighing in consistently heavy, no ongoing or measurable loss, but performance is increasing and measurements are dropping still. Body fat testing next week i think and I'm shitting myself.

Thanks man! I dont look particularly awesome in a sports bra mashing my boobs outta shape and loose fitting singlets... Just not flattering & makes me look boxy.
 
Thanks man. It's a sz L from Ice (trashy nightclub store for 16yr olds with fake ids) so it's probably equiv to a smallish sz 12. I'm getting there, slowly!
 
Today I wore short shorts that haven't seen the light of day since 2007. These little supre buggers were last worn on my honeymoon when I weighed 82kg. I fit them again @ 95kg. Mostly due to a six week loss of 5cm on my thigh!
 
Awesome progress xwifex!!! You look fantastic now. Keep going, your body is strong and your shape is amazing. Can't wait to track your progress!
