paused beltless back squat-140x2 160x2 170x1 175x1 180x1.tried to stay in the hole until i couldnt bear it.wasnt very long but its a pause.
back squat-140x2 160x2 175x4 x3 x3.sucks...ambitiously wanted 3x5 but nah too slow.

Not sure what I will train today, the doc said not to train for a couple of days, but if I don't train during my lunch break I have no idea of what I would actually do, I am getting bloods done this morning so might just run a light session past to see if it would be OK
