depends if you look like you lift or not.
But is that of any particular importance in the grand scheme of things. I mean i dont wanna look like a fat kunce, but i couldnt give a fuck about looking like i truly lift. Vanity is for women.

I considered training arms today. But the clock said id been training for 2hrs 20. [emoji14] and i was hungry.
 
dont remember the last time i did an isolated arm exercise. :(
infact every single exercise i have done for the last 10-11 months has been a big compound movement. :(
