I wear straps to protect against biceps pulls, my grip is fine! You can see in my other videos I even hold the deadlift at the top for a few seconds haha

Deadlift 210x3x3.
Ukranian deadlift - 108kg kb. 21 reps.
Had more...but epic quad lactic acid build up. Back wasnt even tiring. Lol.
Good for 30+ if I do it fresh.

great stuff fellas!

I got a 5rm PB squat at 170kg today. (and first time squatting properly for 2 months!) More to come.
 
Pales in comparison to the lifts on here, but finally hit 115kg on the bench. Only managed 2 reps but been working towards this goal for a while so really happy.
