You know those 90 degree squats that commercial gyms advocate? I did them today, because I was in a commercial gym (SSG is doing a paralympic comp today, which means I can't train in there, so I went to my dad's gym, which is also my old gym) and they had a whiteboard up with the best efforts on max rep squat, bench and deadlift at with your bodyweight on the bar (and a few other events which I can't remember). So I decided while I'm here, why not get someone else's name wiped off the board (there are age classes rather than weight classes, and the only name of the board for each event and age class is the person who's currently done the most reps) whilst being the jerk who doesn't even go here. So I summoned one of the trainers and did exactly that.

90 degree Squats 28x73kg (trainer only counted 26 reps, which was still enough to put my name up, but my parents and I all counted 28).

Awesomre thread, heaps of PB's from everyone lately!!

Got a 105 x 6 bench, after 4 sets of triples prior...
220 x 3 x 3 deadlifts last night.

200kg Bench Press :) Time for a new log

Farkin wha....nice work man! Now onto 500lbs?

Crazy bench...well done.

Curled 40kg x 5 strict today. :p
Seeing some nice bicep gains doing it my way. Just goes to show that hard work is better than any fad program.

Tim.
