I benched 40kg for 30 reps so I can easily do 205kg which reflected in my meet when I missed 85kg twice xD

If they had some decent metal playing you would have nailed it easy.

Good effort Ryan.. I reckon a workout is ideal if you hit one of those sets where it's effort at 100% (or more).

I think you could have 2 plates very soon (touch and go at least) on bench.
