181kg deadlift @ 71 for a 1kg PB and for the 1st time ever a 2.5BW Deadlift. Feels good. It hurt but I'm smiling!!

Cheers kaz. A bit heavier than normal for this comp. Had to eat my way back to full strength after the virus i had 2 months back put me on my arse for 3 weeks...
Worked a treat. Dunno how i managed to get back in time lol. Looking good for nationals, zero injuries, no pain, nothing. Perfect comp for me. Best ever.

Nice work mang! I dont think that a third was completely out of the question if im honest. It would have hurt though!
