Nope. I don't mind squatting actually ;)
Even for reps. But there is a time and a place etc. For the comp lifts i like to keep it more specific leading into a comp, States is in like 4 weeks time. 2 week intensity block leading in, with a week of singles type stuff then a semi-deload week.

SSB pause squat 120x8
trap bar deadlift 230x3, 255x1 (beltless and first time using so everything was a PB :))

Sitting at 92 kg skinnyfat. Been too poor to buy much meat the last couple of months

Hit 220 easy so went for 225kg. Got 2 reps
