They had the lifting flights planned out and shown online two weeks in advance, and the judging was from most accounts pretty good. On the other hand, they had no livestream (not that GPC's worked anyway) or live scoresheet, and we still don't have it up anywhere.
 
I heard it was pretty damn average in terms of reffing and mc work being correct also.

Either way, well done on your lifting Oni. Whooping ass.

Me: sumo block pulls 225kgx7@9.5 RPE. Lats not tight enough on 5th rep, shoulder therefore not tight enough and ac joint didn't like it. Will be VERY careful with 237.5 this week. Thoracic spine is loving the deadlifts though. YEW! :p

Paused Squats: 3x5 @ 117.5kg
Front Squats: 3x8 @ 80kg
SLDL's 3x5 @ 125kg

It was 270
Gonna go for 290 by late November now
 
Squats. 155x2@9 for a nice small pb. Plenty left in me. Id say 165x2 is not really far off. Wont know for 5 or 6 weeks now. Triples next week then singles. No belt.

All my work is back to being high bar and beltless now. I just did 120kg for 5x8 then 5x5 paused yesterday though. I had no sleep and a full day of work and the day after competing lol.

Im currenly squatting beltless low bar on day 1 and beltless highbar after deadlifts on day 2. Then silly beltless front squats on day 3. LOL.
 
Yes very nice indeed Tim.

Deficit Deadlifts: 132.5 for 3x5 and a 2.5kg PB, also Rack Pulls: 185kg for 3x8 and a 5kg PB
 
Yesterday OHP 55kg for 3 x 5 which is only 2.5kg of hitting my old 3RM for 5 reps and paused bench 80kg for 5x5
 
First things first.

Pbs tonight included:

High bar back squat:
121.5x10@7
139.0x3@9 (previous 1rm 138.5).

2 board bench:

119.0x2x2@8.5,9
Pretty sure is a pb also.
