Yeah sound advice. Distribution needs to be placed throughout the entire foot really, but your heels should never leave the ground. If they do, could be a flexibility issue.
The emphasis should always be via the heel and lateral portion of your foot.
I would not advise driving through the ball of your foot. It's a squat not a calf raise.
