i agree.this year is about my own personal goals.and if he does well with what hes doing,ill be happy for him.ive already made the mistake of vocalising what im going to do and this and that,im not doing that anymore.
you have a twisted sense of reality if you think your the best, but rely on the other "best" people to not show up.
