Weighed myself on xmas day and i was 116kg. Weighed myself this morning and i am 109kg. Ate so much crap over xmas.

3 eggs
60g wpi in water
250g rump with 2 eggs
95g tuna in olive oil
1 Banana
30g wpi + 5g creatine in water
250g T-Bone and 150g veg
1 Orange
 
1 cup egg whites, 2x omega3 eggs omlette. Loads of spinach, caps, onion.
1 cup oats + 2 TB LSA + 1 cup blueberries.

kangaroo chilli con carne
(200g kanga mince, half can kidney beans, blended tomato, caps, onion, spinach)
1/3 cup raw hazlenuts

200g salmon burger + 50g mozzarella + large spinach garden salad
1/3 cup almonds

200g chicken breast + large spinach garden salad
1/3 cup walnuts

pre workout-
40g wpi + 80g wms

during-
sip BCAAS

post-
40g wpi + 80g wms

250g sirloin + 1 cup brown rice + loads stir fry veg + apple
 
Beef/Mushroom/Onion pot pie - med sized bowl, all we had (sigh)
Sweet Potato cut into chips - alot
Steamed Brussel sprouts - About 8 half the size of my fist.

I had been 15 days of 2011 carbless. managed to drop alot of the fat i put on over decemebr so decided yesterday to have a cheat meal at the all you can eat pizza hut..
I ate.
18 large pieces of pizza
I bowl of hot chips
8 pieces of garlic bread
2 bowls of ice cream
1 piece of apple crumble..

I was quite full... and i easily out ate all my mates yeeeeeeeeew.

most work days:

bowl of cereal
2 chicken thighs w/ rice - smoko
2 chicken thighs w/ rice and a fruit juice - lunch
4 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled - pre W.O
Protein shake - post W.O
200g steak w/ veggies
protein shake
 
4 eggs
2 Med sized Potatoes
Cup of Yoghurt

Pre-baked potatos, dice into cubes in the morning, chuck in frying pan to sautee, add eggs, salt, pepper. Scramble and eat deliciousness. Some yoghurt and a bit of fruit at the side. Breakfast of swole...too bad I only had 4 eggs left.

2. 200g tuna, 150g 4beans mix, salsa.
3. yoghurt, 95g tuna
4. 2. 200g tuna, 150g 4beans mix, salsa, 25g almonds, mixed vegies.
5. 166g low fat cottage cheese, 1tbspn natural peanut butter.
 
Bought some Nandos marinade from woolies. Havent tried it yet but have about 250g of chicken marinated in it for lunch. Pretty excited to try it :D

EDIT: Was good but i reckon it would have been better if it was cooked on a BBQ.

Cocoa Pops? What is this bullshit. PopTarts son! POPTARTS! They have 8 fucking Vitamins and Minerals, they're good for you damn it!

Or you could get 2x icecream sandwhich Poptarts, toast 'em up. Load one side with ice cream of your choice, then make an icecream sandwhich sandwhich. Glory.
