Shrek: this one I made last night was the best one yet :)


ffgy, sf butterscotch pudding, vanilla casein, PB&Co dark choc dreams (DCD), skim milk, cinnamon, strawberries, pb capn crunch, Reece's choc/pb topping.
641 cals, 71/21/49 C/F/P (600g or 1.1lbs of sludge in there!)

These look average but tasted great.
1 egg, 5 whites scrambled. grilled bacon, chilli salsa on herb & garlic wraps.
I had two of them for 810 cals. 77/35/46 C/F/P

Best overnight oats ever. Seriously try this.
2/3 cup oats, 1tspn cocoa, 1 tbspn nat pb, 1 scoop choc whey.

Multivitamin
Fish Oil

50g Micellar Casein
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of Psyllium Husk
4 fishoil

There is usually more chicken but I only had 500g tonight so I added more potato :)
