Yeah last comp 370, but I'm not one of the strongest. I just plug away.
Totalstrength is strong for sure, very impressive lifts.

I know how strong you are Daniel, thats why your comments at Paulie surprised me. I'm used to small guys being humble, like Shorty.

Steve, what do you have in your sights next week?

Its a priveledge to have you on here big fella.

So far I gather we have competing at the PA Nats next week

Paul Macmanus
Steve Pritchard
Simon Chan
Ray Wong
Nathan Jones
Daniel Anderson

Is that it?

I was just making a simple reply to Paulie's Comment, no hard feelings.

How much do drugs help?
Drugs help tremendously but one thing they can never do is change one's attitude, (mood possibly but not attitude). And since it takes a winning attitude to be a champion; when all is equal, a champion will always be a champion.

Fadi.

I took a break from squatting and deadlifting a few weeks prior to the world bench in May and while I was in USA- so I have only run a few weeks of 3lift training and I'm not in the best shape- so I'll just have a hit out and see how things go.

Are they all guys on here markos or mates of yours?

They are members here. Suddenly ausbb has some VERY credentialed lifters.

Spritcha is Steve
Laughing Man is Simon
Shorty is Ray
macmad is Paul
totalstrength is Daniel
johnnie swf is Nathan

Steve will possibly go over a 2000lbs total in single ply equipment and drug tested, that is a monumental effort.

Chuck in Fadi, Nick and Kelly, who have also proven themselves in competition, plus a handful of competing BB, and ausbb is really starting to take shape.
