I feel you pain mate, first back session in 3 months last week.

Felt GOOOOOOD.
 
I can feel my shoulder playing up again. As soon as I resumed weighted dips that funny twinge came back. If I don't manage it properly it's gonna be full blown pain like last year. I've had to go back to bw dips....too fuqqin limiting.
 
Progressing I guess, trying to gain muscle without putting fat on isn't as easy as I thought! Can't wait to cut :)
 
Down about 5kg in BW. Not as far as i would like to have been but have had injury and sickness during that time.

Looking a fair bit leaner though with that 5kg gone. Starting to make out a lot more definition around my delts, traps, triceps and pecs.

Veins are starting to come out on forearms as well. Especially when i am hot or just after working out.
 
Lost 9 kilos so far, Just got back to training after 5 weeks because of my back injury. Have been staying strict on my keto diet. Losing on average just under 1kilo a week.
