Thanks Guys sorry I have been MIA I just started hairdressing and beauty so I have been busy. I am 35. Too old :(. Cant lose the weight or eat anything i like like i did 10 years ago. Now I need to work out to get it off and tone it up. Thanks guys for being so supportive. I will try log in more often and be more active. I really only have time to work out now on weekends. My work out is the walk to the train station and 5 flights of stairs. Every day i find now i can get up the stairs easier before it was a mission. How is everyone else going with their progress. Do you guys think its a good idea for me to start waist training? Corset training? I just want a more womanly figure like smaller waist and larger bust. Wondering where I can post some before and after shot? For anyone who's interested. I would love to see any of your pics b4 and after i find them so inspirational. Thanks again guys I will def check in more often.

good to have you all on board

I would like to welcome you to the Ausbb- Australian BodyBuilding Forums, Good to have you all on board. Don't forget to start your own Training Diary. Your Training Diary will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress. When you train alone sometimes it is hard to get help, guidance, inspirtation and motivation which is where the Ausbb forums and the Ausbb Training Diaries will help you with finding others with similar stats and allow you to interact with each other.

* Click here to start your own training log (don't forget to put a link in your signature to your training diary).
* Once you have started your Training diary click here to add it to the lists (order by weight and order by age) this helps other guys find your log
