Hi ladies.
I'm not sure if this is the place to be posting but I'll give it a try. My wife is a bit on the slim side. She's about 165-66cm and she claims only 42-43kg. She hasn't weighed herself in years so she's unsure, but by looking at her, I'd say its around the mark. It might come down to genetics s she is asian but a lot of our friends also say she is very very slim. I wouldn't say she looks unhealthy but I think adding some kgs would definitely beneficial.
We live in Japan currently so getting good advice is sometimes hard to come by. I want to introduce her to a weights program but I'd like to get her/our diet down before that.
So what would be a good way to put on 'healthy weight'? She can actually eat quite a bit as it stands and before you ask, no she isn't bulimic. She does have a pretty crazy metabolism though. I don't want her pigging out on French fries, chocolate etc. would there be any supplements that use? If it were me, I'd be supplementing with a weight gainer along with my meals but than, I'm a guy. I really have no idea how to begin to tell the truth so please educate me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
