Dropping BF

What sort of marco split is best to drop some BF...I'm currently at 16% and wanting to get down to 10-12%.
 
Anything that puts you in a caloric deficit? Keep the protein high to preserve muscle and your heading in the right direction

Maintenance calories are 3000-3100.
Dropping to 2500-2600.
40/40/20 split.

Train 5 sessions of weights and 3 sessions of HIIT.
