I'm a little confused here now also. I guess it really comes down to what you want to achieve yourself, your personal goals and what works for you.

Alot of people have liquid olive/fish/flax oil of a morning... Dont know why you are all surprised.

Aah, you said you drink oil at breakfast, I instantly imagined you glugging down 1 cup of oil. Which reminded me of Fadi's thread. Never mind, I can see I was mistaken. I take fish oil caps, so I've never heard someone say they drank oil for breakfast!!

i take 1 spoonful of fish oil in the morning... :D

Better that way, i read that the taste on your tongue gets your body ready for it..

do you realise your body needs dietary fat to produce testosterone?
Thats true ya do need essential fats in diet but would u tell me how many grams your getting with that tin of tuna? Wat joshyss is saying is that by have springwater version of tuna he can add his fats later and have an accurate reading of how much fat hes getting.
