Tested my 1RM dip today..

Body weight = 105KG
then I added 32KG kettle bell, 24KG kettle bell and 12KG kettle bell making the total ..

173KG
 
lol yeah sorry dude, was kind of a mess after training today so i just wrote that quickly and posted it so i didn't forget.
 
Just to knock you down the list Grey Skull put me down for my training weight of 75kg in the Zercher (for 5).

I was thinking , shit I'm close to the big dog. Thing is, dips are a strong point for me but your bench killllllllls me.
 
thought i'd chime in.

15 Pullups.
Pullup 1rm = 85kg + 22.5kg :( might get more fresh...will update if so, haha.
Parrallel dips for reps = 26 - much burn.
Never tested the 1rm for weighted dips, but 85 + 20 for 6 reps x 3 last time. must test the 1RM.
