My grip doesn't give way, my hands hurt to much to continue. I'm currently at 3x5 at 165, going for 170 today :).
If I was to try 20reppers, it would have to be at about 50kg lol

the hard part after grinding out the last reps of a 20 rep set was the mental pain knowing you were about to do the second set with 15 reps
 
didn't expect it to be...expected it to be physically harder rather than mental which is what i found to be the bigger challenge
 
Lol, I KNEW the shit would be hard. Once I get 185kg for 3x5 on normal Romanians, I'll hit up the 20reppers. Yay :D.
