Goes swimming when it's 2 degrees and runs when it's 40.

Yep! I love my swimming mate. The wedding cake island swim is on this weekend. 2.5km out and around wedding cake island. Still undecided. Not sure if that distance is within my range at the moment.

Took 27mins and according to Fitbit burnt 299 calories

Just a jog at the beach this morning. Nice cool morning for it. North on the path and south along the sand. Did that twice. Legs tin-fruited.
 
Rest day today.
Will stretch once kids in bed. Hip feeling a little tight.
Running in the new wheels may have contributed to that.
