    Lunchtime gym goers, what are your eating habits?

    Breakfast around 8ish, protein shake, oats, piece of fruit. Then I have a quest bar at about 11, preworkout at 11:30, train at 12. Lunch straight after.

    About 2 hrs before a 2 scoop protein shake with oats and blueberries and maybe a quest bar a little after. Its very quick to prepare obviously. Love my nutri ninja.

    I do full body workouts 3-4x per week. Those lifts are incorporated in each workout so... 3-4x per week for all 3 big lifts.

    I think you are right, but I was hoping I could grab something decent on my way home. They will have stuff like jack3d micro and cellular c4. Haven't heard great reviews about either of them though.
