    No less than 220 grams, try and aim for a gram per pound of body weight. Chicken, Whey, Fish, beef, etc. Keep it simple

    I've got minor pain in my hamstring (i didn't pull it or anything during exercise), minor pain in my lower back ( progressively started to feel it over last couple of days) and my left arm feels slightly numb. For some reason i think its connceted cause it all happend after heavy overhead...

    Weight gain has plateaued

    4 day split i reckon. For calories 30-59 use this as a guide. 11.6 multiply current weight + 879, multiply further via 1.5 (sedentary) or 1.6 (moderately active) or 1.7 (very active). This is to maintain bodyweight. add 300-500 cals to put on mass.
