    Is PTC Eltham too far? If you can't get a custom job, the force USA Olympic bench is built to IPF spec and is only around $290. The heavy duty model with face savers is around $900. We've benched off both to around 200kg-210kg on the bar and it's been fine.

    It's much easier to train a human the wrong way and turn them into a monkey. I see it all the time at fitness first! They come at night, mostly Fridays.

    Are you aiming to nail your first attempt or 3rd attempt? if you have an idea on what you want your final attempt to be, start from there and work backwards.

    Good deadlift tip

    Coincidentally, I found heavy kettlebell swings (64kg for 10+ reps) carried over greatly. Haven't been doing them recently and have found it much harder to get the hips through.
