    I think these formulas are of limited use. no substitute for getting under the bar. the gap between my deadlift 1 and 5 rm is smaller than between my bench 1/5 rm when i for a 1RM i do 5's at a lower weight then triples at medium weight then 3 singles up to the target 1RM

    exactly. thrash it for all its worth mate! don't need to change up until you stall... if you want to add in some isolation maybe just add it to your current workout
