I have that one
Pros
Great price
Can load it heavy
Velcro sticks nice and good
Cons
Shoulder straps get in the way a little bit when doing chinups
It falls backwards when fully loaded, cutting into your neck - have to readjust constantly and really tighten it up. I just load more weight into...
I meant his post.
I know the exercise is valid, that's why I didn't understand whether he was having a go at the exercise or seeing something that I wasn't seeing.
Got 170 in 6min on the 32kg. No vid. I'll get one next time. I don't have kettlebells tho, I use one of these
Terrible form tho. I got all to parallel but the glutes were gone by about 70, after that it was all back. Best back pump I've had in ages tho :P

16oz is heavier so slightly slower punches although more protection. Although u shouldn't hurt yourself with either if u use wraps.
Always use proper wraps. Don't try to be Brad Pitt...
Very strong correlation. If you have at least a 2x bw squat and aren't jumping near 30" vert I'd say you lucked out in the genetic department.
Downhill runs have their place, although shouldn't be done more than once a fortnight IMO.
To answer OP, box jumps would have little carryover to...
The muscles in your lower leg are too weak. Strengthen them. Common sense really. Rest won't help unless you've done something stupid like upping your weekly running volume dramatically. Take nurofen and train through it. Get vibrams too.
My 2 tips for running awesomeness
1. Get glute dominant.
2. Stay on your forefoot.
While running on sand will work you hard, it's quad dominant so probably won't help anyone with knee pain a great deal.
