    Posture problem?

    I've had and still do have a similar posture problem, it's getting better now im lifting. but just practicing good posture is wat has helped me over the last couple of years, if he sits at a chair all day tell him to get a lumbor surport cusion and that will force him to sit up and think about...

    Pansy Wrist: Is there a cure?

    There not that small mate, I imagine that if you worked on some wrist curls and built them up that your fore-arm would shape in a bit of a v from your elbow to your wrist and that would disscise them. But once again they arn't that small.

    Im not sure wether its a good or a bad thing, but thinking about the bad things that may have happend or what ever makes me angry is the best way to smash out hevier weights... I try not to this often but its a good way of venting... failing that MUSIC

    Hey i posted this up in the "post up what you are eating" and had some mixed feedback, so there are a few things id like everyones oppinions with.. Eating 8 to 10 eggs a day, should i be eating the yolks if i have no cholesterol problems (im lucky they are fresh from the chickens we have)...

    Why would u sugest skim milk in the place of full cream(im new to this)and as much as id like to be eating chicken or vegies at 11.am im ussualy in class or something . I train rite after or before breakfast ussualy so the apple or banana in the arvo is just a snack I will definatly try some...
