Back and training problems

Hey, I would apreciate everyones oppinion with the back troubles I am having. I have talked to Kyle and he gave me some good advice. My problem is I have mild lumbour spinal scoliosis and my lower back is very week. My legs are alot stronger than my back, so when im sqauting or deadlifting there is an uneven load on my lower back.
I feel I could easily sqaut 100 kilos and dead lift more if my back was as stong as my legs. When ever I attempt to sqaut even with very relitively light weight 50 to 70 kg, I ussually end up straining a muscle in my lower back witch means going to my phisio. It takes a good week before I can work out again as even lifting a 20 kg plate is very painful..... I would love to be training hard 4 times a week but its not possible. I think it was Markos that recomended reverse hyper-extentions, I gave it a go a few times and that just put me in the same possition.

I supose after all this ranting my question is, Should I be getting my form checked out or looking at a different approach. Im not looking for the easy way out. Infact after reading markos's newsletters i'd be happy to fly from the Gold Coast to PTC to train there.

Ukranian Deadlifts?

Markos could give you some pointers on what he did to help James become a Machine.

If the hypers are straining your back muscles then there is something wrong.
I could suggest some other exercises back they would probably strain you back as well.

When you go to the physio, don't they suggest exercises to strengthen your back?
I would think the physio - (well, a good physio) - would be the best person to give you advice.
