    I get u. I've never seen Eric stretch but maybe ill ask him to post us a demo. During training at my gym we encourage goin past parallel in the squats. This requires more dexterity. Wats ur solution there?

    I've been reading about stimulus ie stress in relation to giving a performance it seems that up until a point an increasing stimulus gives and increasing performance level. This point is different for each person. Any thoughts?

    Cool as. Regarding hamstrings I watched a doco with dimitry klokov and aakaev. As a narrator was talking there in the background was klokov stretching out. He had his right leg up against the wall at ahoulder height and was easily flossing his torso towards and past his leg. Interesting observation

    physically: "the rage" heavy breathing and a bit of grunting + ammonia. mentally: the picture of me lifting that PB and telling myself i can do it!

    geezer relax. a start is a start life happens. let them enjoy themselves while it lasts. the world keeps turning. besides by them being crap it make our chances of winning a comp higher.

    Hey u gotta start somewhere! In yrs to come after much trial and error and RIDICULING from better powerlifters they could well be awesome lifters. I doubt everyone would have the guts to do what they do at their clearly novice level. However it's true they do need some guidance.

    Ur training regime may not be the missing link to ur lethargy. Clearly ur an active person and conscious of caloric intake. Things essential that don't contain many calories; vitamins colloidal minerals, water, green vegetables. Consume more of them. Get more sleep. Destress your body...

    he has a very idealistic opinion! good for him. however does he really know that whey protein is natural? some is derived from the white blood cells of beef during the slaughter process. does he not understand that other ppl havent go organic gardens etc?

    I can understand Havin grip issues. Key for myself when I do SLDL or power shrugs at 90%+ weights. Good old hook grip for me. But gotta admit the pain in the thumbs can be intense. Failing that straps r sweet if u wanna bang sets out for reps.
