    Workout Of The Week - What Is The Safest Home Gym Workout?

    I train calisthenics at home. I have an awesome pullup bar and a big enough yard so I just do circuits of pullups, pushups, HSPU, planches, sprints, burpees... everything. I love pullups. :p

    395 @ 75.5. Really want that 400! Would be absolutely stoked to get 400 @ 70kg or 450 @ <75kg by the end of the year.

    Post your goals - RIGHT NOW!

    Short term goal = Get Cut before July 1st. Longer term goal = Reach 100 bench, 140 squat, 200 deadlift by 2013. Long term goal = 80kg+ <10% bf. Longgg term goal = Stay fit for as long as possible.

    Gym rush?

    I do this. After a 1RM PB attempt or a really heavy triple set, my vision is blurred and I'm pretty spaced out lol. Sort of like a fainting feeling. I'm pretty sure it's a blood pressure thing, So much blood rushing to where it needs to be and away from areas it should be. Related: k8RcDb_wZfQ

    I don't wish to ever compete in body building. I love looking great and aspiring to achieve the best physique possible but hoping on stage and winning ( or losing) means little to me for some reason.     Since I started this thread I've just split my dosage in two, one in the morning, one at night. Solved all the problems I was having before! Drinking 4lt+ a day.
