    I can understand the limitation, it would be a lot to organise. In my case I know two guys who are very keen to enter, I don't want to take either place if it comes down to it. From what I have seen they have some impressive lifts for their body weight. I will still go along to specate.

    The answer would be no, you can get a viewer if all you want to do is open a visio document. If you want more then you would need to buy visio.

    My solution was just that, I have 3 pair of spinlocks, and enough plates to load them all ready to go. Can then easily do drop sets.

    what's you favourite muscle group?

    Shoulders - Fav excercise has to be Mil Press, and always enjoy doing some sort of super set with side/front raise to finish off. Also only train them once a week.
