    Sternum pain after chest workout.

    A couple hours after my chest workout i all of a sudden started feeling a sharp pain in my sternum, it hurts when i bend down i did my leg workout a few days later and it was very uncofortable when i did my squats, is this common has it happened to anyone here?

    I train in the mornings as i work the night shift and mornings are the best time to go, i usually feel a bit tired but once i get goin i feel better but i was just wondering if taking a energy drink like a monster 30 minutes before my pre workout meal?

    Thanx alot, yer the only problem is i am pritty busy during the day and i dont have much time to eat tea before work so a quick weight gainer shake helps me out alot , so it should be alright then? also i take creatine pills straight after my workout then have my nitro tech 20 minutes after...
