    Is it an Olympic bar or just a standard? Olympic will be thicker where you put the plates on and usually weigh 20kg. eg. or a standard bar which some older gyms use (my gym has these and no olympic bars) which usually weigh about 10kg eg.

    Hey guys.. Basically, i'm bulking at the moment. I've always wanted to play footy, but always been pretty weak and unfit... I'd like to just play reserves so nothing serious.. At the moment, i reckon i would struggle to do 100m sprint sub 18 seconds lol.. I would like to play footy in 1 year...

    Started off at 63kg's at 6ft tall, now just a tad under 90kg so 26kg, still 6ft tall :)
