fastest time out of the 5 who did was 13:17, mine was 13:36

I'm writting up next weeks session so if you got any ideas lets hear them.

OK I'll bite.

I've been progressively increasing my squat lately.

Yesterday I was suppose to squat a 5x5. This is
how it went.

Set 1 - 5x70kg
Set 2 - 5x70kg
Set 3 - 5x75kg
Set 4 - 5x75kg
Set 5 - 4x85kg

I was impressed even though I couldn't get the last
rep out on the 5th set.

Devante.
P.S I'm counting the bar as 10kg. The PT's reckon they
are worth 20kg. Not sure. Anyway I'm good for that.:p

Is it an Olympic bar or just a standard?

Olympic will be thicker where you put the plates on and usually weigh 20kg. eg.

or a standard bar which some older gyms use (my gym has these and no olympic bars) which usually weigh about 10kg eg.
