the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

gahh... I used to count the bar as 20kg, but then people told me they thought it couldnt possibly be that much. So i settled on 10kg.. now you say 20.. GAH DOES IT NEVER END? I should grab the damn thing and stand it up on the weighing station in the cardio room lol.

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

Today I saw a guy squatting 30kg. No big deal there, thats what I started with, 10kg on each side of the bar. But his depth was virtually non-existant. He was literally doing more head bobbing than knee bending. Either it was some weird excercise Ive never seen, or very bad squats.

    milk vs cream

im just thinking of ways to increase total calorie consumption. drinking a lot of milk is an easy way to consume fat and given fat has over twice as many calories per gram than carb or protein, its an easy way to increase calorie consumption. dont think i dont also have a good diet in place...

    milk vs cream

per 100mL: milk protein 3.2g fat 3.4g carb 4.9g cream protein 1.6g fat 35g (23 saturated) carb 3.7 considering people drink 4L of milk = 136g of fat, isnt cream just an easier way to get that fat?
