High Road is obviously stronger than me because I opted to deadlift today despite me deadlifting 70kg more than him, squatting 60-70kg more than him while weighing 10kg less
 
You know what 0ni, the most disappointing part of this is that you aren't even man enough to post in this thread saying you were wrong, not posting up what you did manage to get and how you got kicked out of the gym and finally, posting the clip so we can all have a chuckle and move on. It's a testament to your character 0ni.

Simply because you talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk. I can't believe I need to spell this out for you. And I clean and jerk 4 plates...not even 0ni can do that ;)

I want to know why you picked c+j over snatch considering my mobility is dogshit
My shoulder is injured anyway, so we shall see how the jerk goes. I can't lock it out and hold it though but I'll throw it up for sure. I regularly do jump squats with +130kg, so it will be no problem. But of course such shenaniganary comes after my normal training. I need to get my overhead up to +100kg anyway, for SA's strongest man


Thought it was going to be no problem. Even after your normal training. No one here believes you didn't give it a go today Oni. Lol. Fail.
