For the dudes here that use or have used creatine what effects have you experienced?

Fuck all really, dry mouth a bit, BUT its cheap and doesn't take that much effort to throw a teaspoon in my shake, when I can be fucked making a shake, that is.
So yes, I buy it, consume it irregularly, cant really offer any evidence on its effects on me.
Just cant be fucked with supps these days.
