But strength they knew about, records have not improved much at all for 25 years.

Alexeev lifted 256kg in 1976. Military pressed 230kg in 1972.

I think drug abuse more relevant for size rather than strength, just my opinion.
 
Fucking bullshit. Reeves has the most overrated natty physique in history. And he was full of shit too with his stupid assessment of the limitations of the human physique. They were just based on him. He didn't want anyone to come along and eclipse his achievement. Well too bad, with 5 years of decent training just about anyone can get there.

On another note; I just asked my missus to vote and she picked Mariusz or a slightly more offseason Aaron Hallet.

Pretty sure powerlifting and strongman records have increased over the years.

you cant use oly lifting as an example, its tested so therefore you couldnt run the proper drug protocols to make the comparison

8% my arse. He hasn't even got abs and just the first signs of separation in his quads. Maybe 12% if he's lucky. So that's 190lb giving an FFMI of fuck knows because studies can not ever determine natural potential. How do you study natural potential when you can't even prove that it exists.

Any regional natty comp will have physiques more muscular than Reeves.




I'll look for it. He had a scale based on height. His bodyweight was, coincidentally, perfect for his height and I think it came down by 10lb per inch. 6'1" @ 220 converts to 5'9" @ 180. That suggests that the perfect physique at 12% bodyfat is 80kg at 5'9" Bullshit. He was a dickhead.

I think that in 5 years you can get close to being as big as you will get. I think most people can get as big as Reeves was. So yes, I think you can get there in 5 years.

Reeves had a good frame, there's no denying that but he can't take any credit for his frame. He didn't hang as much muscle off it as he could have and I think just about anyone can match him in terms of muscularity.

Part I like is that thee guys take small doses of dianabol, yet very strong. Sort of message there, me think.

Yep 20mg of pharmaceutical dianabol is plenty. We are talking 140mg of extra androgens a week here, basically doubling your natural levels. 10mg won't suppress you significantly for weeks as well, so even 10mg in the short term, you're adding 50% or more to your natural test levels

Issue people have is people use bunk shit these days. People saying they take 50mg a day and don't get sides at all! LOL yeah I'm sure it's perfectly legit :rolleyes:
Maybe a week or so ago, I decided to take some dbol for this strongman competition. I took 20mg pre-workout and honestly the dose was too high and I did not take it again after that. I'll save it for another time

Reeves had a fantastic build - yea he wasn't the biggest dude but 90% of people would struggle to ever get to his level.

Noway most people would get to his level within 5 years of training.

Right, I'm the "king" of changing the goalposts and you follow that right up by changing the point.
Post your physique, lets see just how "easy" this is. I'm still waiting. You can't change your frame but you can see hold muscle mass and be lean.
 
Let's not forget the life style.
With good genetics, and a full sponsored BB life where all you had to do is train, sleep, eat, rest and take your free supplements, maybe!
An average bloke like us with a job, family, responsibilities, hobbies, social life, stress and a thousand other external influences, I doubt.

giving example of 1 in a million athletes doesnt prove shit, normal people are never gona be able to acheive a bodybuilder look natural end of
 
i'd say that the onus of proof is on those claiming unnatty for drug tested athletes. Yeah you can say that people like that are genetic outliers (and obviously you have to be to be an Olympic lifter in a country the size of China). Something to aspire to? I'd say so, is it realistic? Probably not for most people. Besides the point really.
