in 5 years time where will you be strength wise and/or body wise?
me
age 25
weight 100kg (fairly lean)
squat 230 (+70kg)
bench 150 (+30)
dead 280 (+55)
i would also like to be competing in strongman. right now im too weak.
23 years young
5 plate squat +50kg
6 plate deadlift +75kg
3 plate bench +50kg
3 plate clean and jerk +50kg
dunk easily on 10foot basketball ring
85kg so i can one day win ProRaw
optimistic goals, but as Paullie said, i wouldn't want to break an arm or leg to make these lifts in 5 years time. if i stay healthy, injury-free and motivated, that's all i really want.
I'll be nearly 34 so I'll hopefully still be in one-piece.
Other than that...
Lean @~95kg
Totaling elite as a competitive raw powerlifter
Squat: 280kg, Bench something around 200kg, Deadlift: 330kg
Be able to run up stairs
Ill be 28.....
All I really (at this stage) want to do at this bodyweight is:
squat 200 (+45)
bench 140 (+22.5)
deadlift 250 (+30kg)
64 UDL's
I think all of these are possible in 2 years or less though....
Id also like to get to 100kg BW, lean....... That could take me the 5 years though .
Actually, a 600kg total. in comp, would be nice........ That would get the current squat and total record in the open men raw at CAPO. Im sure kelly will get much stronger in the coming years though .
what these goals aren't achievable? 5 years is a pretty long time. If we were going by the marketing of PPP we could add 40kg each year. 200kg in 5 years.
