age 25
weight: 90-95 (10% bodyfat)
squat: 220+
Bench: 140+
Deadlift: 250+

I wanna do a couple of powerlifting meets and then maybe go back to bodyfagging recreationally.

age 29
Weight 105
Squat:175
Bench: 165
Dead:200+

Im relying on the fact that this is 5 years down the track, so i believe these lifts are possible... But gotta keep the intensity and commitment...

i wanna have a 6 pack and a low body fat %... never had a 6 pack, unless it is beer...

I'll be 30 by then.

Under 125kg

200kg raw bench
300kg raw squat
325kg raw dead

Also still lean, healthy, happy and hopefully with a shitload more money!

23 years young
5 plate squat +50kg
6 plate deadlift +75kg
3 plate bench +50kg
3 plate clean and jerk +50kg
dunk easily on 10foot basketball ring
85kg so i can one day win ProRaw :)

optimistic goals, but as Paullie said, i wouldn't want to break an arm or leg to make these lifts in 5 years time. if i stay healthy, injury-free and motivated, that's all i really want.

I just want to be injury free to be honest. If I can do that, then the rest will come.

Paullie, the wise old owl of AusBB.

I'll be nearly 34 so I'll hopefully still be in one-piece.

Other than that...
Lean @~95kg
Totaling elite as a competitive raw powerlifter
Squat: 280kg, Bench something around 200kg, Deadlift: 330kg
Be able to run up stairs

Ill be 28.....
All I really (at this stage) want to do at this bodyweight is:
squat 200 (+45)
bench 140 (+22.5)
deadlift 250 (+30kg)
64 UDL's
I think all of these are possible in 2 years or less though....

Id also like to get to 100kg BW, lean....... That could take me the 5 years though :D.

Actually, a 600kg total. in comp, would be nice........ That would get the current squat and total record in the open men raw at CAPO. Im sure kelly will get much stronger in the coming years though :D.

I'll be 29

Would like to get raw
Squat 260 (+80kg)
Deadlift 300 (+105kg)
Bench 150 (+60KG)

At around 100-110kg. Big goals but hey, a guy can dream.

Relatively injury free would be nice as well.

Some of theses goals are attainable in 5 months, not years.

Have to have a think about myself, but I like the injury-free idea.

hmm 5 years...
i'll be 26
Benching 180 for reps
deadlifting 260 for reps
squatting 220 for reps

BW 110kg lean

what these goals aren't achievable? 5 years is a pretty long time. If we were going by the marketing of PPP we could add 40kg each year. 200kg in 5 years.

injury free shouldn't have to be said.

what would Max's 5 year goals be?

Well Harry, injury is by far the biggest issue.

I've seen it, some are seeing it now.

The body isnt designed for this.

I just yelled out to Max, he said just trying to stay alive, he was half asleep.

Anybody that can lift injury free for 5 years will be lifting enourmous weights, thats a given.

we'll revisit in 5 years
