when is it ok to grunt?

It's ok if you've given 100% and in order to get that last rep or two out u let out a squeal or groan . But if your groaning through a whole set of twelve your probably exaggerating a fair bit

I always make sure to wear grunt canceling headphones so I don't have to listen to the juice heads grunt and carry on like they do. Worse still is when those meatheads count very loudly like if they didn't say the number loud enough they would forget which number comes next.

What do you do when non-juiceheads grunt?

I hate my double posting, its my phone that does it, I've even triple posted once :)

I'm a counter, when i come out of a lift I breathe out the rep.
First grunters I saw were at fitness first. Second ones were at PTC, they are scarey when revved up!

I'm roarer, particularly during maximal squats and deads.
