What / who compromises your program?

1. Family
2. Work
3. Study

finding time is always tough, just depends how big a priority it is.
personally my training has dropped off this year as I just started studying,

just setup my old bench so I can do a quick bench sesh on busy days

Myself really...need to get re-motivated and have a repeat of my training efforts from the start of last year!

training partner is on a different working shift, so I am trying to accommodate him as best I can (My home gym). Might have to start leaving him behind...

He is telling his work he has to go to uni 2 days a week so he can still train with me. It's a fkaround...

That and my love for delicious foods. and my appetite. And money. And not having a power rack. And yeah.

1. Oreos for $1 at the shop right outside my new place. WHY DID I EVER GO IN THERE?!
2. People dropping weights at the gym. Its loud, it sounds terrible and it ruins my concentration (I can hear it through my headphones).

Really? wow you should maybe find a new hobbie...

Anyone who blames other things on them not training need to wake upto themselves...your the only one stopping you from training!

I think its moreso the shock factor. I am jumpy when it comes to loud noises: I am so zoned out thinking about various things. It doesn't stop me from training completely, I am still there but it certainly makes me pause.

Went to a different gym on Tues and it was tiny and packed, had to wait 20 mins to get into my squats which threw me off big time :(
