What / who compromises your program?

apart from being able to get driven to the gym or not.... nothing MUHUHAHAHAHAHA even the 2 days i have off work are to suit my training :D

Injuries has been a big hinderance lately, apart from that, like many of you guys and girls, nothing.

My awesome genetics. Besides my skin getting really bad nothing else will get in the way this year. Im anti social as shit so that helps me out big time when it comes to training.

+1 except my reason for being anti social is because i have the same conversation skills as ralph;

Ah you're funny Andy. I don't think he meant he erases his family, just blocks out/ignore any negativity coming from their (or anyone else's) direction.

Fadi.

Thank you Fadi, this is exactly what I meant, I guess I should of explained it more :D.

I would say niggling injuries but even with a few major ones I still managed to make progress by the end of the year.

I gym at home consistently & am happy with my nutrition & sleep so now to just continue doing it :) (and rehabbing injury)

I broke my leg and my toe in seperate accidents last year, I still dragged myself to the gym everyday!

Restless leg syndrome, keeps me from falling asleep some nights when I'm over tired.
For those that don't know. Your brain and body can be relaxing to fall asleep but ya legs don't feel relaxed unless ya move them.
Can be almost dozed off then legs have a spasm and wake me up.
Have been taking serotone relax pills (5htp with magnesium) before bed and is working when I don't forget to have one lol.
Poor sleep = bad recovery.

im nervous about winter training in the morning
i love hot water bottles, fluffy doonas, cups of tea and cartoons when i wake up...not 6 degrees, freezing winds and iced over cars.

I'll be a sadsack and say anxiety/depression are my biggest enemies when it comes to training.

Love it while I'm doing it and feel great for it after but beforehand is often a lengthy mental struggle i.e. I just finished up and it's 12.30am :p

much more consistant now I train at home thankfully :)

Very rarely do things get in the way of my training. I'd say because I like to plan things out in advance. However the main thing that compromises my training would be injuries.
