Wow never been barefoot

but I guess that's how they use to do in the stone ages

i like shoes

No shoes at all, been training bare foot for years or in socks when it's cold.

But I train in my own gym, so my rules, I know in a lot of commercial gyms you have to wear foot wear. Just sneakers for me in that case.

Unless you are a competitive lifter that requires special lifting shoes there is no need to spend the $$ IMO.

Inov8's when I squat, Titans or Orions most other days. Reebok pumps when I want to impress the cool kids.
Having focused more on bb style training lately, shoes aren't as important as they used to be

I have do-wins too; sit in cupboard at home. I also only use them if squatting or Olympic lifting, which i am not doing at moment.
